We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. Please Note: We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
1. We will gladly provide returns for any of the following circumstances that occur within 14 calendar days of when you receive your product:
a. The product has any manufacturing defects or fails to function.
b. Unpacked and unused product.
2. Unfortunately, IPopular Shop cannot provide return services for any of the following reasons:
a. The request for return has been submitted more than 14 days from the date of when the product is received.
b. The returned product we receive is not in its original packaging or the original packaging, accessories, presents, instructions for use, etc. are not present/complete.
c. Ipopular Shop identifies, through inspection or testing, that man-made factors have caused the manufacturing defect(s) or functional problems or there are no quality problems in the product.
d. No original proof of purchase is provided, or the proof of purchase is forged or altered.
3. Return for other Reasons that are irrelevant to product quality:
If the product you purchase is from IPopularShop's official online store, we will gladly accept returns for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date when the product is received.
For products that have already been opened, we accept returns for any reason by charging 20% of the purchase price as a handling fee (however, the fee will be no less than $50).
- For refund applications due to reasons irrelevant to product quality, we will need to deduct the corresponding logistics cost and handling fees from the original order amount.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return a product for any reason, at any time, within 14 calendar days from the date the product is received. In order to do so, please clearly state to us that you are returning a product or canceling an order, via email, to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, along with the template form (filled in) found at the end of this document.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For more details please review the terms and services. In the event the product is damaged we may deduct the lost value of the product from your refund before issuing the refund. We will refund all costs associated with the product, except delivery costs.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
