In order to deliver an outstanding user experience with no noticeable delay, JamesDonkey has equipped the R3 TMR with the industry’s best available main control chipset. It’s a high-speed 480MHz chipset that supports a 16-bit high-precision ADC function. It has a 2Mbps sampling rate. Furthermore, we have 10 independent magnetic switch acquisition chips that work closely with this MCU chipset. With such a strong core, the R3 TMR keyboard provides ultra-precise operation where every single keystroke is registered without any delay. The MCU chipset adopts “Three-Stage Speed Optimization” Technology and “Zero Aggregation Delay” technology. The chipset’s direct connection architecture and priority scheduling algorithm help maintain a consistent 8K return rate for all the keys.

New-Generation TMR Sensor:-

JamesDonkey R3 TMR adopts a new-generation TMR sensor. Compared to traditional hall-effect sensors, this one has a more stable operation. Each input is perfectly registered, and the temperature drift issue is also reduced by over 70%. It offers stable trigger operation and higher accuracy even under heavy usage loads.

Specially Customized Gateron Golden Dragon Magnetic Switches:-

JamesDonkey has worked closely with Gateron to develop these specially customized Golden Dragon magnetic switches for the R3 TMR keyboard. These are based on their highly trusted Jade magnetic switches, evolved for a more stable typing feedback. The structure is further optimized to reduce the clearance between the lower cover and the axis core. This makes the movement more precise and the trigger response more satisfying on the Golden Dragon switches. Like other magnetic switches in the market, these also support advanced hall-effect features such as rapid trigger, dynamic keystrokes, etc. Users can adjust the trigger response between 0.1 mm and 3.5 mm.
